LUTAKO needed a digital presence that spoke to two distinct audiences simultaneously: U.S. businesses struggling to find qualified tradespeople, and international workers seeking structured, legal employment. The core tension was making a compliance-heavy, multi-step staffing process feel accessible and trustworthy at first glance. Speed and legality are the differentiators — the site had to communicate both without overwhelming anyone.
The site structure mirrors an employer's decision-making sequence — who we are, what industries we cover, where the talent comes from, and how the process works. An International Talent Spotlight section was built to remove hesitation around overseas hiring: each country profile (Ukraine, Philippines, India, Slovakia/Czech Republic/Hungary/Poland) gives direct context on trade specialties, work ethic, and cultural fit. The five-step hiring flow — Tell Us What You Need, Talent Search, Vetting & Interviews, Legal & Compliance, Onboarding & Support — is laid out visually to show the full managed journey from brief to placement.

The site positions LUTAKO as a complete, legally compliant staffing partner — one that handles recruitment, H-2B visa assistance, relocation support, and onboarding so the client can focus entirely on the job site.
